Refunds, modifications and Cancellations

 

Cancellations

All courses must be cancelled 30 days prior to play.
All courses have different cancellation rules, it may vary from 24hrs to 1 month.

Get in touch with me for specific cancellation rules on the course you are playing.
If you have to make a last minute cancellation I will always do my best to cancel the course with no further charge.
I have good connections with all the golf courses and most of them are flexible with their cancellation rules.
Any cancellations made during the allowed cancellation period will be free of charge
Any cancellations made after the allowed cancellation period will have a charge of 100%.

Any "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100%.

Cancellations and refunds on rainy days requires check up by me confirming that it is too rainy/wet to play.
The golf courses decide when the courses are closed and when to change or refund the green fees.

 

Modifications

All changes must be made 1 month before your tee-times.
Most courses are flexible with small modifications and I will always do my best to meet your needs.
I recommend you to contact me at least 48 hours before your tee-time.
Note I CANNOT make any changes to the number of golfers AFTER you have played.

Prices are subject to change at any time by Brigitte Golf Bookings.

Golf insurance is sometimes not included and has to be paid directly to the caddy master, it will probably be a different amount on each of those courses but the normal fee is around 2€ per person.
