This Project is located in the Mijas Golf Valley. The par 72 18-hole golf course has a total playing length of 5,866 m. It was created according to United States Golf Association (USGA) standards, with regard to tees, bunkers, drainage and greens. The greens, with an average area of more than 500 m2, are shaped in such a way as to allow ball roll which is sure to delight players.
The El Chaparral Golf Club is one of the most emblematic courses on the Costa del Sol. It is set in unique surroundings of local vegetation and pine trees, with magnificent sea views. The design is spectacular with a large variety of hole-types along the course which consists of 6 par fives, six par fours and 6 par threes.
Cerrado del Aguila Golf Club, located next to the racecourse, forms part of the expanding Mijas ‘Golf Valley‘. This spectacular and technical course, with its lakes and wide fairways, sea and mountain views and spacious greens, is sure to satisfy even the most demanding golfer. Due to the accessibility of the terrain, the course can be walked quite comfortably.
Santana Golf & Country Club is an 18 Hole golf course par 72 of approx. 6203 metres (just under 7000 yards) in length, set in 138 acres of picturesque parkland. The course, sympathetically laid out by the architect Cabell B. Robinson, is set in a former avocado plantation which provided a natural solution to many problems.
As is the case of many others created in recent years, the course at the Miraflores Golf Club, located in an extensive urbanisation between Marbella and Mijas, lies on rugged ground, and offers breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea. Opened in 1990, and designed by Folco Nardi, the course offers a pleasant and challenging round of golf.
Designed by Robert Trent Senior, the main feature which distinguishes this course from The Lakes is the abundance of trees - hence the name - and its smaller size, as well as fewer water hazards. The greens are smaller, undulating and well defended. Although both are the work of the same designer, there is no doubt there are interesting contrasts between the two courses: if Los Lagos are based on hazards of water and sand, Los Olivos is strategic narrow tree lined fairways and elevated greens.
With its 6,367 metres, this course is the longer of the two which comprise of Mijas Golf. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Senior, Los Lagos is a ground course with wide fairways and a few forest trees obstacles, but is defended by many bunkers and nine lakes, from which the course gets its name and which easily trap the ball. It is a course with soft movement and large greens.
The hilly topography requires a lot of carry across steep brush-covered side slopes. The wide fairways and rough areas and more "joined" fairways make this a slightly easier driving course than Campo Asia. In addition, there are fewer fairway bunkers. There are water hazards on the 9th and 16th.
Campo Asia, formerly the South Course, is pretty spectacular. With plenty of challenging holes along the way, you are guaranteed a testing round of golf.
Water guards both greens at the 3rd and the 14th and in terms of a test of golf course strategy, the 18th couldn't be much better.
The Third Course - Campo Europa - was opened in March 2005. The fairways are generous from the tees and the greens are slightly larger than on the existing courses. They are not severely contoured but are well bunkered and will be easier for the average golfer. The par 71 course measures 6014 metres.

Alhaurín Golf is located in Alhaurín el Grande just at the back of Mijas Mountains and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. This is an enjoyable challenging course where all holes are different and players can feel the calmness of its surroundings.
The 18 holes of Torrequebrada Golf Club are situated between the Mediterranean sea and the mountains. It is rich in tropical trees and birds. The large number of strategically positioned lakes and bunkers make each hole a different experience for the golfer.
