Alferini Golf is a true challenge for any golfer. Situated next to the other course of Flamingos Golf Resort, it is a long layout of 6,600 metres, and one of the few par-73s on the Coast, with some of the fairways requiring pinpoint accuracy and large, generous greens. With four large lakes, water comes into play on several holes, and there is a minimum of five levels on each tee – enabling the course to be adapted to different playing levels and degrees of difficulty. Out on the course there is a feeling of peace and quiet, a welcome lack of noise, because Alferini Golf is truly in the midst of nature, a lush valley within the mountains of Benahavís.

A beautiful, fast course that is, nevertheless, still technical and very entertaining. The 18 hole course , par 65, will be open in summer 2009. It is a course that provides immediate enjoyment; ideal for playing golf in surroundings that would be the dream of any golfer.
Monte Mayor Golf has opened in 1989. Designed by José Cancedo. This is a fantastic and challenging Golf Course known as one of the most spectacular on the Costa del Sol. The Golf course is set in an area outstanding natural beauty. The valley in which Monte Mayor is laid out, clings to the slope of Monte Mayor. The ruins of a 10th Century Moorish Fort, crown the summits of Monte Mayor. Fairways with Bermuda 419. The Driving Range is breathtaking. Buggies are included with the Green Fee. Amongst the Pro, Alex Cejka practiced a lot here and enjoyed to work all his shots at Monte Mayor.
Atalaya Golf & Country Club has been one of the most popular clubs on the Costa del Sol since opening in 1968. Located between Marbella and Estepona, it is suitable for all levels of play, from total beginners to international pro´s, due to the flexibility of its tees. Atalaya also has one of the most extensive driving ranges in Spain, where tuition is offered in several languages.
Atalaya Golf and Country Club can be found between Estepona and Marbella near the coast. It has two 18 hole par 72 courses both of which are kept in excellent condition with very tidy fairways and greens. The old course was designed by Bernhard von Limburger in 1968 and has wide fairways and large elevated greens. The new course was designed by Paul Krings in 1991 and has beautiful fairways and wonderful views over the Mediterranean and Gibralter.
Situated 14 km. from Marbella in a valley surrounded by hills with magnificent views of the coast. El Paraiso was carefully designed to achieve a peaceful atmosphere thanks to an abundance of trees and plants and strategically positioned lakes and bunkers. Competitions are held weekly.
Boasting stunning sea views from many areas of the course, Estepona Golf provides a fair test enjoyed by players of all standards. Renowned for our superb, consistent putting surfaces, the course features very strong par 3’s which include the difficult but beautiful 14th hole and its Sierra Bermeja mountain range backdrop.
The tempting signature hole is the short par 4 10th where the green is almost surrounded by water. At only 250 meters from an elevated tee, it can be played by simply laying up with a mid iron - but many brave souls are teased into going for it!
The Finca Cortesín Golf Club was founded with the intention of becoming a reference in the Golf world. The course measures almost 7,000 m. from the black marker stakes, making it one of the longest in Europe. It is a par 72 course, with an average difficulty rating, although difficulty will increase if the back markers are used.
The different teeing areas and the wide rolling fairways allow most players to reach the green easily. Harald Hurgan, the internationally renowned landscape architect, collaborated with Cabell Robinson, the course designer, on the surrounding landscaping. Together, the two designers have succeeded in preserving the natural features of the area, establishing a balance between natural grass, thicket and lawn.

It was designed by the renowned architect, Antonio Garcia Garrido. One of the outstanding features of this course are its extensive greens. Valle Romano Golf & Resort has an 18-hole golf course and is unique for its design, its geographical location and for being a model of sustainability, as it has made a priority out of conserving the largest possible area of natural vegetation, constituting a refuge for native flora and fauna.
Located in the municipality of the same name, Casares Costa Golf serves as parkland for the residential complex surrounding it, and offers magnificent views over the sea and mountains. It is close to La Duquesa Marina (4 Km.) and may be easily accessed from the motorway. Casares Golf is a 9-hole, par 34 course, with a variety of holes sure to enjoyed by all players.
Like all courses designed by the master architect Robert Trent Jones, The Duquesa Golf and Country Club has 18 holes of entertaining fairways and ample greens, where golfers can enjoy the marvellous views on the Mediterranean and the mountains.
